These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Mediverse Diagnostics. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

Terms of Laboratory Reporting

1. All test reports are issued for the information of the referring doctor and must be correlated with clinical findings.
2. In case of insufficient quantity or poor quality of specimen, the test will not be performed. A fresh specimen may be requested for accurate reporting.
3. There may be circumstances beyond our control that could delay test results, such as technical issues or assay-related problems.
4. Laboratory test results depend on the quality of the sample and the assay methodology used during analysis.
5. All reports are intended to be interpreted and used only by qualified medical professionals.
6. Reports issued by Mediverse Diagnostics are not intended for medico-legal purposes.
7. Test results may vary between laboratories or over time for the same patient, depending on the method, equipment, and specimen quality. Laboratory investigations assist diagnosis but do not alone confirm disease.
8. For specimens collected or received from multiple locations, it is presumed that the specimen belongs to the patient identified on the container or request form. Verification is the responsibility of the collection point.
9. Mediverse Diagnostics is responsible only for the analytical portion of tests performed at its laboratory. Pre-analytical and post-analytical responsibilities rest with the referring laboratory or clinician.
10. Any dispute arising in connection with services provided shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located within Delhi, India.

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revisions.
