Refund Policy

1. To claim a refund, credit note, or reversal against tests that are not performed, cancelled, excess billed, or wrongly billed, supporting documents and reports must be submitted within one week of sample registration.
2. If payment is made through a payment gateway, the refund amount will be processed as per the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway, after verification of records and documents.
3. It is understood and agreed by the user/customer that online payment mechanisms are governed by separate agreements between the user and the third-party payment service providers.
4. Mediverse Diagnostics shall not be responsible or liable for any malfunction, delay, or defect in payment procedures. Payment of charges remains the sole responsibility of the user/customer.
5. Services shall commence only after successful realization of payment into the official accounts of Mediverse Diagnostics when online payment methods are used.
